Sony has unveiled its new Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet at Mobile World Congress 2014 in Barcelona.The Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet is the successor to the Xperia Tablet Z, which was launched at MWC 2013

The Xperia Z2 Tablet comes with 10.1-inch full-HD TRILUMINOS display for mobile and Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2  with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The Xperia Z2 Tablet runs on Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box.The Xperia Z2 Tablet is powered by lightning fast 2.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor with Adreno 330 GPU.

It comes with 16GB Internal storage, which is further expandable up to 64GB via microSD card and 3GB of RAM.The Xperia Z2 sports an 8.1-megapixel rear camera and 2.2-megapixel front-facing camera. Connectivity options include LTE / 3G ,WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, MHL 3.0, GPS / GLONASS and NFC.

The device is packed with a 6000 mAh battery which measures 6.4 mm in thickness and weight 426 grams.The company has announced that Xperia Z2 Tablet will be available in Black and White colour variants. Sony says that the The Xperia Z2 Tablet is a “premium” waterproof Tablet that will launch globally next month.
