Micromax has launched Two new budget Android tablets in its Funbook series, the Micromax Funbook P365 and Funbook P256, have been listed at an online retailer in India at Rs. 6,990 and Rs. 4,692 respectively.The two devices have yet to be announced or listed by Micromax.
Funbook P365
The Funbook P365 features a 7-inch capacitive touch screen display with a below-average 800 x 480 pixel resolution screen. The device comes with 4GB of in-built storage, and can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.
It has 1.2GHz Cortex A9 processor combined with 1GB of RAM and Mali 400 GPU.
The Funbook P365 runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and will allow users to place voice calls.
Micromax Funbook P365 has a 2-megapixel rear camera and a 0.3-megapixel VGA front-facing camera for video calling.
On connectivity front it includes 3G,Wi-Fi, USB 2.0, 3G (via dongle).The Funbook P365 comes with 2800 mAh battery. according to retailer listing, it will provide up to 4 hours of browsing time, and 60 hours of standby time.
Funbook P256
The second tablet in the smartphone bunch is the Funbook P256 ,Shares the same 7-inch capacitive touch screen display with 800 x 480 resolution.
It powered by 1.2GHz Cortex A8 processor fitted with 512MB of RAM and Mali GPU. The Funbook P256 runs on an older Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.Funbook P256 features a 3-megapixel rear camera (without flash) and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera.
Apart from that, there’s the same 4GB of internal storage (expandable up to 32GB with microSD), Wi-Fi, USB 2.0, 3G (via dongle) and a slightly better 3000 mAh battery.
The Micromax Funbook P365 and Funbook P256 have been listed on Snapdeal.
