Sony has launched the Xperia Z2a, the international variant of the Xperia ZL2 in Taiwan. The latest Sony Xperia Z2a sports with 5-inch Full HD (1080 x 1920 p) TRILUMIONS display with X-Reality engine, delivering a pixel density of 440ppi.
It's runs on Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. Sony Xperia Z2a is powered by 2.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 SoC with Adreno 330 GPU and 3 GB of RAM.
It comes with 16GB Internal storage, which is further expandable up to 128 GB via microSD card.
The Xperia Z2a sports an 20.7-megapixel rear camera with 1/2.3”- inch Exmor RS image sensor, Sony G lens, LED flash, which is capable of recording 4K (3840x2160 pixels) resolution videos and having 3.1-megapixel front-facing camera.
On Connectivity options The Xperia Z2a supports LTE connectivity (Taiwan's 4G LTE bands) and also include LTE / 3G ,WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, MHL 3.0, GPS / GLONASS and NFC.
It is backed by a 3000mAh battery , the Smartphone is bit thick at 10.8 mm compared to Xperia Z2 (8.2 mm) and weighs 167 grams.
The Xperia Z2a launch was first reported by Focus Taiwan and the handset will be available in Black, Turquoise, and White.
